Each of the Tree Spirit Medicine workshops provides the opportunity for you to receive and experience the spirit medicine and wisdom of a particular tree species. The tree’s spirit medicine will be transmitted directly to you so that you may have a tangible experience of what the tree has to offer and how you can work with it. Once you have received the Tree Spirit Medicine of a tree, it will be with you always.
Spruce (Picea spp.): ‘BELONGING’
The Tree Spirit Medicine of Spruce is “Belonging.” True belonging is being in deep communion with the whole of life. It is knowing that you are fully accepted and supported by existence and beckoned by it to share your true self and unique gifts with the world. The Tree Spirit Medicine of Spruce helps you remember your intrinsic belonging and the mutual reciprocity you have always had with life. It also helps you reclaim those parts of yourself long forgotten, suppressed, or abandoned to conditional belonging in the attempt to fit in. True belonging is a welcoming home, and a remembering that you are an integral, beautiful, mysterious, and necessary part in the sacred fabric of life.
The workshop will begin with a connective exercise with the Spruce trees who have offered to be our teachers for this workshop. Afterwards, participants will directly experience Spruce’s gifts of healing, wisdom and guidance through distance transmission through Monika. Experiences will then be shared and interpreted that we may all learn from each other the depth and breadth of Spruce’s Tree Spirit Medicine of “Belonging”. Once you have received the Tree Spirit Medicine of Spruce, it will be with you always whenever you need its medicine, guidance, and support.
The format for this workshop will be virtual via Zoom. There is no need to worry if you are not tech savvy! Once you sign up for the workshop, you will be sent a zoom link and that you click on to be taken directly to the workshop.
Date: Saturday, April 23rd, 11 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, May 8th, 12 to 3 pm. May 8th is optional. It is an opportunity for anyone who was not able to complete their sharing during the workshop to do so, and for participants to reconnect and share how Spruce’s Tree Spirit Medicine has moved in their lives over the last few weeks.
